Key Responsibilities
* Assist in coordinating domestic and international shipments
* Track shipments in real-time and ensure timely deliveries
* Liaise with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and courier services
* Support preparation and verification of shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, AWBs, etc.)
* Monitor delivery timelines and escalate delays or issues proactively
* Maintain shipment records and update internal tracking systems
* Assist in resolving logistics-related queries and operational challenges
* Ensure compliance with basic shipping and documentation requirements
Qualifications
*Degree in Logistics, Operations, or a related field
* Understanding of logistics and shipping processes (preferred)
* Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
* Strong coordination and communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
