About the Role
BharatCares is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and implement youth-centric skilling and livelihoods programs. The role involves end-to-end project execution, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring impactful program delivery in sectors such as BFSI, retail sales, and livelihoods.
Key Responsibilities1. Program Implementation
● Assist in the design, execution, and monitoring of skilling and entrepreneurship programs
● Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
● Drive target achievement and program outcomes
● Coordinate with beneficiaries, partners, and donors for smooth implementation
2. Center Management
● Oversee day-to-day operations and smooth functioning of the training center
● Ensure proper infrastructure, attendance, and discipline at the center
● Supervise field staff, trainers, and support teams
3. Training & Capacity Building
● Conduct training sessions, workshops, and orientations for youth
● Support development of training content and curriculum aligned with program objectives
● Ensure quality delivery of BFSI / retail / skilling modules
4. Community Mobilization & Stakeholder Engagement
● Lead community outreach and mobilization activities to enroll youth
● Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government officials, NGOs, and partners
● Represent BharatCares at local meetings, events, and stakeholder forums
5. Data Management & Reporting
● Maintain accurate records of program activities, attendance, and participant data
● Prepare and submit regular MIS reports, progress reports, and impact updates
● Track program performance and suggest improvements based on data insights
6. Travel & Field Coordination
● Travel within the district for mobilization, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement
● Ensure strong on-ground presence and coordination
Eligibility Criteria
● Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred in Social Work, Rural Development, Management, or related fields)
● Prior experience in youth-centric programs, skilling, livelihoods, BFSI, or retail training
● Strong community mobilization and stakeholder coordination skills
● Experience in team supervision and project execution

● Ability to manage targets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
● Basic proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation
● Problem-solving mindset with on-ground adaptability
● Willingness to work in rural/field-based environments
