Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall upkeep and maintenance of the property.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is clean, safe, and in excellent condition.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors for timely maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor the performance of service providers and ensure quality work.
- Attend and coordinate property visits with prospective clients, tenants, or business associates.
- Address client queries and ensure a smooth and professional experience during property visits.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, vendor details, and property-related documentation.
- Ensure all utility services and facility operations run smoothly.
- Report any maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor property expenses and assist in cost-effective maintenance planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of property maintenance and facility management.

- Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage daily property operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in property management, facility management, real estate, or a similar role.
- Experience managing residential or commercial properties will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
