Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the tender process, from preparation to submission, and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and regulations. This role is crucial in securing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with government departments and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end tendering process from opportunity identification to bid submission.
- Search, evaluate, and track tender opportunities related to Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Backup, and Managed Services.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents in coordination with internal teams and OEMs.
- Handle GeM, CPPP, and other government/private e-procurement portals.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, partners, and vendors for quotations, authorizations, compliance documents, and bid requirements.
- Ensure all bid submissions comply with tender specifications, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and maintain bid trackers, tender databases, and submission records.
- Manage bid clarifications, pre-bid queries, and post-bid follow-ups with clients and procurement authorities.
- Monitor tender results, purchase orders, and contract award notifications.
- Maintain updated knowledge of government procurement policies and cloud-related tender requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in tender preparation and submission, particularly for government tenders.
- Excellent knowledge of tender procedures and bidding processes.
- Familiarity with GeM Portal and e-tendering processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role within the Cloud technology or IT industry.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to tenders.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
