Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience in handling projects from Thane areas.
- Ensure sales in Residential and Commercial real estate sectors.
- Generate new business opportunities for the organization.
- Perform well in selling Residential and Commercial properties.
- Maintain continuous follow-ups with customers and build strong client relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager.
- Mandatory experience in Thane areas.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentable appearance.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong geographical knowledge of the city.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
