We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and overall upkeep
- Monitor stock levels, ensure proper replenishment, and minimize wastage
2. Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive store sales and achieve assigned targets
- Execute in-store promotions and sales strategies
- Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve results
3. Customer Experience
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty
4. Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve business goals
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff scheduling
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
5. Inventory Management
- Manage stock availability and conduct regular inventory audits
- Coordinate with the supply chain team for timely replenishment
- Ensure proper stock rotation and storage practices
6. Visual Merchandising
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays
- Implement seasonal and promotional visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
7. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records related to sales, staff, and inventory
8. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Monitor KPIs and share insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in retail/store management
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in retail store operations (mandatory)
- Experience in FMCG or food retail industry preferred
- Familiarity with organic or sustainable products will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
