Job Overview
We're looking for an Architect who's sharp with AutoCAD drafting and loves bringing designs to life in 3D. Your day-to-day: producing crisp architectural and interior drawings, building SketchUp 3D models, and turning them into stunning renders with Enscape for client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare architectural drawings and interior drawings — floor plans, elevations, sections, construction drawings, and working drawings — in AutoCAD
2. Build 3D models in SketchUp for residential and commercial projects
3. Produce photorealistic 3D renders and visualisations using Enscape
4. Coordinate drawings with engineers and contractors for execution
5. Conduct site visits and site supervision to review progress against drawings
Sharp Skills That We Are Looking For
1. AutoCAD (drafting, working drawings, construction drawings)
2. SketchUp (3D Modelling)
3. Enscape (3D Rendering / 3D Visualisation)
4. Strong understanding of architectural drawings, interior drawings, and building bye-laws
5. Site supervision and site coordination experience
6. Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree
7. 2-4 years' experience in architecture or interior design

1. Revit
2. Lumion or V-Ray
