Job Title: Senior Accountant Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations along with procurement and vendor management activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in handling purchase processes within the interiors or modular furniture industry.
Key Responsibilities Accounts & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow records.
- Assist in GST filing, Eway bills, TDS deductions, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors.
Purchase & Procurement
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for interior and modular furniture projects.
- Source materials, negotiate pricing, and finalize vendors.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, deliveries, and payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and material requirements.
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain vendor database and evaluate vendor performance.
- Coordinate with project, factory, and design teams for procurement planning.
Coordination & Reporting
- Prepare purchase reports and cost analysis statements.
- Maintain proper documentation of all procurement and accounting records.
- Track project-wise material consumption and expenses.
- Support management in budgeting and cost control initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Any suitable degree B. Com, M.com or MBA ,Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts and Purchase functions.
- Experience in the Interior Design, Modular Furniture, or Construction industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
