Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day resort operations.
- Ensure all departments operate efficiently and meet service standards.
- Monitor resort facilities and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.
Guest Experience
- Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction levels.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor online reviews and implement service improvements.
- Develop programs and activities to enhance guest experiences.
Staff Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
- Schedule staff and manage workforce requirements.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Sales and Marketing Support
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions and packages.
- Develop relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and event organizers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Inventory and Procurement
- Oversee purchasing of supplies and equipment.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience in hospitality, hotel, or resort operations.
- Experience in supervisory or management roles.

Typical Working Conditions
- Full-time position with flexible hours.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
