Roles & responsibilities:
- Maintenance and upkeep of the property - ensuring daily housekeeping and regular maintenance of furniture, appliances, fittings, fixtures, etc. Taking care of the pool, gymnasium, parking, cafeteria and other common areas.
- Enabling a smooth and comfortable journey for the guests from check-in until checkout
- Guest service, interaction, reviews, feedback and billing
- Team management - rostering, performance reviews, training, team building
- Inventory & vendor management
- Overseeing the concierge services
- Security personnel management
Requirement:
- The candidate must have a prior work experience in the capacity of a Senior Operations Executive/ Estate Manager / Hospitality Manager / Hotel Manager / Resort Manager , priorly worked in Goa
- Candidate with prior experience in managing hospitality at luxury villas will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills are a must (English & Hindi)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
