Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive EA/PA/HR/Office Admin to support senior management and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of senior executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Handle office administration including vendor coordination, supplies, and facility management
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain confidential records and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in basic HR and administrative tasks when required, Recruitment experience is preferable
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and coordination across departments
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 3–5 years of experience as an EA, PA, HR .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
