Role Overview
We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, conduct product demos, manage the sales cycle, and close deals. You'll work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Create ROI-focused proposals tailored to client needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Maintain and update pipeline activities using WappBiz CRM.
- Collaborate with Customer Success for client onboarding and handover.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for demos, pipeline, and revenue.
- Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer objections.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, MarTech, or B2B technology solutions.
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable discussing ROI with business owners and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
- Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- Consistent track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
Good to Have
- Experience selling WhatsApp API, chatbot, or marketing automation solutions.
- Existing network in Real Estate, Healthcare, E-commerce, or F&B sectors.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API ecosystem.
- Startup experience with exposure to building or improving sales processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
