Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and social media leads
- Guide students about courses, career opportunities, fees, and admission process
- Convert leads into admissions through proper counselling and follow-ups
- Maintain student data and lead records
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic team
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & computer operations
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Experience in counselling/sales preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Preferred Skills
- Fluent in Hindi & basic English
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
