Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing and Social Media Intern who is ready to move past high-level strategy discussions and dive straight into execution, content production, and community management. In this role, you won't just be scheduling posts; you will actively manage our digital presence, analyze audience engagement, and help maintain a cohesive, premium brand voice across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate understands that social media is a blend of creative storytelling and rigorous data tracking. You should know how to capture attention through copy and visuals, while staying obsessed with what the metrics say about user behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Produce, edit, and format high-quality assets (short-form video, graphics, and carousels) tailored to platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Copywriting: Write compelling, platform-specific copy for social posts, captions, and community updates that aligns with our brand guidelines.
- Community Management: Monitor social channels daily, engage with our audience in the comments and DMs, and proactively foster community growth.
- Social Analytics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and click-through rates to determine what content resonates.
- Trend Analysis & Ideation: Keep a pulse on emerging digital trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor tactics to propose actionable content ideas.
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring social media efforts align with broader business goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of native features and optimization strategies for major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Creative Tooling: Proficiency with design and editing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere), or CapCut.
- Analytical Skillset: Ability to read platform analytics, extract insights from data, and pivot strategy based on performance.
- Strong Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail, grammar, and brand consistency.
- Self-Starter Attitude: Highly organized, capable of managing content calendars, meeting tight deadlines, and working independently.
