We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right online degree and certification programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for student counseling, and the ability to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand students' academic and career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission processes.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrollment.
- Resolve student queries and provide excellent customer support.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
