Job Summary
Brij Healthcare & Research Centre is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee the hospital's IT infrastructure, healthcare software systems, cybersecurity, and technical support operations. The candidate will ensure uninterrupted functioning of all IT systems and support the hospital's digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain hospital IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, computers, printers, and internet connectivity.
- Administer and support Hospital Information System (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), PACS, LIS, and other healthcare applications.
- Ensure data security, system backups, disaster recovery, and compliance with IT policies.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with software vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
- Manage CCTV, biometric attendance systems, IP telephony, and other digital systems.
- Lead IT support activities and provide timely technical assistance to hospital staff.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and system records.
- Recommend and implement technology upgrades to improve operational efficiency.
Eligibility
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
- MCA or relevant IT certifications preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in IT administration or IT management and Kareexpert HIMS Software Knowledge.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of networking, server management, cybersecurity, and database systems.
- Experience with healthcare software applications and hospital IT systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management abilities.
- Knowledge of cloud services, backup solutions, and IT compliance standards.
