Job Summary
The Doctor Referral Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to increase patient referrals. The role focuses on promoting the organization's healthcare services, building trust with referring physicians, and supporting business growth while following healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
- Visit physicians regularly to introduce and promote healthcare services.
- Identify new referral opportunities and expand the referral network.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital departments, and patient care teams to ensure smooth referral processes.
- Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, health camps, and doctor engagement events.
- Present service offerings, specialty programs, and new treatment options to healthcare providers.
- Monitor referral trends and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of referring doctors and institutions.
- Gather feedback from referring physicians and recommend service improvements.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital marketing, healthcare business development, or doctor referral marketing.
- Experience working with hospitals, diagnostic centers, or healthcare providers is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,750.69 - ₹34,695.91 per month
