About the Role:
Bendito Soft Tech Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Operations Specialist to support our client, TAP Innovations. This role is central to revenue operations from initiating client agreements and invoicing through QuickBooks Online (QBO) to managing accounts receivable, partner commissions, and client maintenance processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across platforms including Zoho CRM, QuickBooks Online, ACE, and PowerBI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agreement & Contract Management: Create and manage client agreements in Zoho CRM, generate SOW IDs, track signatures, and update project records.
- Customer Setup & Invoicing (QBO): Set up new customers, issue NRR & MRR invoices, manage invoice lifecycle, apply taxes correctly, and maintain auto-pay recurring transactions.
- Invoice Review & Verification: Review invoices for accuracy, approve NRR invoices weekly, and ensure MRR invoices are dispatched on time.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor outstanding invoices, send reminder emails, and apply late fees as per policy.
- Data Cleanup & Reconciliation: Audit and reconcile closed deal data across Zoho, ACE, and QBO.
- Commissions & Referral Bonus Verification: Verify commission summaries, confirm rates, and ensure accuracy in the Deals App.
- MRR Increase Notices: Identify clients due for annual MRR increases, update invoices, and track exceptions.
- Paylocity MSP Administration: Process gift card payouts, maintain referral tracking, and ensure correct coding.
- Client Termination Processing: Execute termination workflows, update records, and notify internal teams.
- Finance Support & Ticket Resolution: Respond to accounting tickets, resolve discrepancies, and provide weekly project financial updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years in finance operations, billing, or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Zoho CRM
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ACE or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with PowerBI or financial reporting tools
- Knowledge of commission structures and referral-based billing
- Experience in SaaS, technology services, or HCM integration
- Understanding of U.S. sales tax rules and HRIS/payroll platforms
