Role Description:-
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in sales, recruitment, client communication, and the IT staffing industry.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting business development activities, marketing IT consultants, interacting with clients/vendors, and assisting in recruitment operations for domestic and/or US staffing processes.
Responsibilities:-
Source and identify potential IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates accordingly.
Market bench consultants to vendors and clients for project opportunities.
Build relationships with implementation partners and clients.
Share consultant profiles through email marketing and networking.
Coordinate with consultants regarding project availability and submissions.
Maintain daily reports on submissions, interviews, and placements.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Develop professional relationships with clients and vendors.
Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities.
Maintain proper follow-ups with clients and consultants.
Required Skills:-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong learning attitude and self-confidence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, and job portals is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Freshers with strong communication and interest in recruitment/sales are encouraged to apply.
