Post Graduation (MBA in any stream preferred)Key Responsibilities
· Plan, coordinate, and execute mall-wide marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and seasonal events to drive footfall and customer engagement.
· Coordinate with retailers, vendors, agencies, sponsors, and internal teams for the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
· Manage end-to-end event execution, including planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, branding, and post-event reporting.
· Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer reach.
· Create, schedule, and monitor digital content, advertisements, promotions, and campaigns to support business objectives.
· Track campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
· Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and coordinate joint marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
· Manage marketing-related receivables and payables, including invoice processing, payment follow-ups, budget tracking, and vendor reconciliations.
· Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, influencers, and production vendors for marketing and branding requirements.
· Ensure timely execution of all branding activities, in-mall promotions, signage, and advertising materials.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new marketing opportunities.
· Assist in preparing annual marketing calendars, budgets, and promotional plans aligned with business goals.
· Support customer engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and community outreach activities.
· Maintain accurate records of marketing expenditures, contracts, campaign documents, and vendor agreements.
Preferred Skills
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Experience in event management and campaign execution.
· Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
· Basic understanding of budgeting, receivables, and payables management.
· Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and marketing reporting tools.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced retail and shopping mall environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
