Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and supporting business growth. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
- Research potential clients and maintain a database of prospects.
- Reach out to prospective customers to introduce the company's products and services.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support business development initiatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good presentation and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to travel, if required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relations are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience in sales or business development.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, or lead generation tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of the IT/software industry is an advantage (if applicable).
Pay: ₹11,530.80 - ₹40,918.04 per month
