Spare Parts Manager – After-Sales
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 8–10 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical/Production
CTC: ₹8–10 LPA
Industry: Construction Equipment / RMC / Heavy Engineering / Industrial Machinery
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage spare parts sales, revenue and profitability.
- Develop after-sales and recurring spare parts business.
- Handle regional sales targets, quotations, pricing and negotiations.
- Manage inventory, demand forecasting and slow-moving stock.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Service and OEM teams.
- Develop customized fabricated/machined replacement parts.
Required: Strong experience in Spare Parts / After-Sales / Business Development, preferably from Concrete Batching Plants, RMC, Construction Equipment or Heavy Engineering.
