Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day office infrastructure and facility operations to ensure smooth functioning
2. Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pantry, repairs, and maintenance services
3. Monitor and ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance of office equipment and utilities
4. Handle asset management, inventory tracking, and physical verification
5. Maintain records related to AMC, invoices, vendor agreements, and facility documentation
6. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory requirements (fire safety, access control, etc.)
7. Support space management, workstation setup, and employee onboarding/offboarding requirements
8. Address and resolve facility-related issues and employee requests in a timely manner9. Coordinate with internal teams for office moves, layout changes, and infrastructure upgrades
10. Assist in budget tracking, expense monitoring, and cost control for facility operations
11. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and overall workplace standards are maintained
12. Act as a point of contact for emergency situations related to infrastructure or facilities

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
