Purpose: Understand project requirement and prepare drawing layouts. Responsible for completion of project drawings within given schedule and as per quality standards and proper flow of project processes.
1. Understanding Project RequirementUnderstand the allocated project, its work scope, client requirements and conduct site visit with the approval of Seniors if required. Get the knowledge about the measurements of the project site.
2. Support for Design & Presentation - Prepare the design job allocated by Seniors. Get it checked. Revise the designs if required. Submit the final design to Seniors for approval.
Prepare the presentation drawings for the design options. Revise the drawings if any changes are suggested by project incharge. Submit it for final approval.
3. Project Execution - After the 3D view and client & management approval for final design, prepare the working drawings for the selected design option. Revise it as per the project incharge suggestion. Check for the accuracy and forward it for final approval.
Take the updates from the Site supervisor for site related ongoing activities. Report it to seniors.
Visit the project site and monitor the execution of work. Ensure work is done as per given drawings and parameters.
4. Client Coordination & Support - Coordinate with client and provide ongoing update during execution of project. Provide all the required support for project related queries and ensure client satisfaction.
5. Continual Improvement - Improve the work efficiency. Develop the qualities required for the work. Do self assessment against defined goals. Identify performance gaps and take measures for improvement. Understand technology/process up-gradation requirements and discuss with seniors to improve performance.
6. MIS & Reporting - Compile and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to Seniors & Management as per requirement.
