Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing and brand communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, managing public relations activities, and producing high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand presence and drive audience engagement. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, strong writing skills, and hands-on experience with digital marketing and design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, publish, and monitor engaging content that aligns with the company's marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Create high-quality written content, including social media posts, blogs, thought leadership articles, newsletters, marketing collateral, and corporate communications.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Manage advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
- Design engaging marketing materials, social media creatives, presentations, and promotional assets using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop visually compelling content that supports marketing objectives.
- Utilize tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design platforms to produce high-quality content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, social media analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,154.43 per month
