We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to manage front office operations at our real estate office. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, handle customer inquiries, manage calls, coordinate with the sales team, schedule site visits, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, clients, and visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain visitor records, enquiry registers, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and administration teams.
- Manage front office operations and ensure a professional reception area.
- Follow up with leads and support customer relationship management.
- Handle courier, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain office records, attendance, and daily reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive first impression.
