Job Summary
Configures and deploys the payroll module for enterprise clients across India, SEA and MENA regions ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations from implementation through go-live. The primary deliverable is a fully configured, live payroll system for each client — including testing, enhancements, and post-go-live support during critical payroll events.

Responsibilities:
-
Configure the payroll module based on client business processes, compensation structures, and statutory requirements
-
Execute payroll system implementation (transition) end-to-end, from requirement gathering through go-live at client site
-
Conduct functional testing and develop enhancements for the payroll module in coordination with the product development team

Resolve client payroll queries by identifying root cause, implementing corrections, and following up to confirm resolution
-
Support clients during payroll-critical events including appraisals, increments, and annual salary revisions

Coordinate with internal implementation and development teams to ensure client go-live milestones are met
Qualifications:

Minimum: Bachelor's degree

Preferred: MBA in Business, Accounting, or a related field
