Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily café and floor operations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate team members, including Baristas, CSAs, Stewards and Captains.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming and performance.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain hygiene, quality, and service standards as per company guidelines.
- Assist in inventory control, stock management and daily reporting.
- Support training and development of team members.
Requirements:
- 1–6 years of experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, QSR, or retail operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.
