Lead overall site planning, scheduling, and execution.
* Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
* Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and budget.
* Review drawings, method statements, and construction methodologies.
* Manage subcontractors, approve RA bills, and monitor performance.
* Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports.
* Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
* 8–15 years of experience in industrial/commercial construction.
* Strong knowledge of RCC works, structural construction, and site management.
* Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD and ERP/site management software.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in handling large site teams and multiple subcontractors.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in PESO/explosive facility projects is an added advantage.
* Knowledge of system formwork (Doka, PERI, Paschal, RMD, etc.).
* Good understanding of IS Codes, QA/QC, safety standards, and cost control.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
