Responsibilities:

Identify potential prospects who come from Facebook, Google Ads, organic channels, and Kodoworks/Kodo Talent website forms (program enquiries, brochure downloads, demo requests).

Engage with prospective learners and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Conduct initial discovery calls to understand each prospect’s background, career goals, and interest in AI/ML, data science, or cloud careers.

Clearly communicate Kodoworks’ program structure, curriculum, internship and placement roadmap, fees, and outcomes, positioning the program as a high-ROI career investment.

Schedule and coordinate counselling sessions, demo classes, and program walkthroughs with senior counsellors or sales specialists.

Collaborate with the sales and counselling teams to prepare customized proposals, fee plans (full payment/EMI), and learning paths based on each prospect’s profile.

Follow up consistently with warm leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to address queries about curriculum, eligibility, batch start dates, internships, and placements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, stages, and outcomes in the CRM system, ensuring no lead leakage.

Coordinate with marketing to share feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and frequently asked questions from prospects.

Work closely with internal teams (operations, academic coordinators, and placement cell) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for newly enrolled learners.

Track daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to outreach, meetings booked, and conversions, and work proactively toward achieving them.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain programs clearly and confidently over phone and video calls.

Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and basic understanding of performance marketing–driven leads.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and meetings in parallel.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a target-driven environment while maintaining a learner-first mindset.

Prior experience or knowledge in sales, inside sales, edtech admissions, or business development is a plus.

Proactive, self-motivated, and growth-oriented, with a strong desire to learn about AI/ML career paths and the tech education space.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote team.

Proficiency in MS Office or Zoho/other CRM tools for maintaining reports and tracking pipeline.
