LinkedIn Growth & Personal Branding Specialist (Remote)About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven LinkedIn Growth & Personal Branding Specialist to help build and manage a professional LinkedIn presence.
This is a hands-on role focused on LinkedIn growth, personal branding, networking, recruiter engagement, and increasing visibility among industry professionals and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize a professional LinkedIn profile.
- Develop and execute LinkedIn growth strategies.
- Create and publish engaging LinkedIn content.
- Increase profile visibility among recruiters, hiring managers, and industry professionals.
- Identify networking opportunities and build meaningful professional connections.
- Draft connection requests, outreach messages, and follow-up communications.
- Monitor profile performance, engagement, and growth metrics.
- Provide weekly progress reports and recommendations.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve content quality and productivity.
Requirements
- Experience managing or growing LinkedIn profiles or LinkedIn business pages.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn networking and engagement strategies.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in personal branding or professional profile growth.
- Experience creating LinkedIn content that generates engagement.
- Understanding of recruiter outreach and professional networking.

Paid Trial Assignment
Compensation
- 3-Day Paid Trial Assignment: ₹1,500
- One-Month Pilot Project: ₹10,000 Fixed
