Role Overview
We're looking for a Multimedia Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through both compelling designs and engaging videos. If you're passionate about creating scroll-stopping content for digital platforms and enjoy working on a variety of creative projects, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Design social media creatives, carousels, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Create branding assets, campaign creatives, event branding, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency across all brand communications.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, corporate films, event highlights, testimonials, and promotional videos.
- Add transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, animations, sound effects, and background music.
- Create engaging short-form content optimized for social media platforms.
- Perform basic color correction and audio enhancement.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and AI-powered creative tools.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a creative team.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality content.
Bonus Skills
- Motion graphics and animation.
- Photography or videography experience.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of UI design or Figma.
