Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and operational leader who can manage a 40+ member Digital Marketing Team across:
SEO
PPC / Performance Marketing
Social Media Marketing
Content & Branding Teams
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and manage a 40+ team size across multiple digital marketing verticals
✔ Handle end-to-end client communication and escalation management
✔ Ensure timely project delivery and quality assurance across all accounts
✔ Manage Team Leaders, KPIs, productivity & department performance
✔ Drive client retention, growth, and operational efficiency
✔ Create scalable strategies for SEO, PPC, Social Media & Performance Marketing
✔ Build strong SOPs, reporting systems & process-driven workflows
✔ Monitor campaign performance and ensure business growth
✔ Mentor senior team members and build leadership pipelines
✔ Contribute towards organizational growth and departmental profitability
Candidate Requirements:
✔ 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
✔ Strong leadership experience in handling 40+ team members
✔ Expertise in SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media & Client Retention
✔ Strong project delivery and client communication skills
✔ Experience in operational management and strategic planning
