Position : Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and target-oriented B2B Senior Sales Executive to develop business opportunities, handle corporate clients, and generate sales for bespoke furniture projects. The candidate should be confident in client meetings, negotiations, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads and corporate business opportunities
- Meet architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and corporate clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized furniture solutions
- Handle client presentations, quotations, negotiations, and order closures
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Coordinate with production and operations teams for smooth project execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct follow-ups with clients and maintain sales pipeline
- Visit project sites and attend client meetings when required
- Maintain proper sales reports and client records
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge in B2B sales and client handling
- Confidence in meeting and converting corporate clients
- Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with experience in furniture, interiors, construction, or related industries preferred
- Existing network with architects/interior designers will be an added advantage
- Two-wheeler with license preferred for client visits
