Kajkarma Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced Email Marketing Expert who can independently plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable business results.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have previously worked with IT, SaaS, or technology companies and have a proven track record of running successful email marketing campaigns.
This position is strictly for experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns
- Create and optimize cold email outreach campaigns
- Build and manage email automation workflows
- Generate qualified B2B leads through email marketing
- Improve email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions
- Perform A/B testing to optimize campaign performance
- Segment email lists and personalize email campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams
- Requirements
- Minimum 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing

- Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email authentication is preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end
