AWS Agentic AI Architect / Lead

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AWS Agentic AI Architect / Lead with strong expertise in Generative AI, multi-agent systems, and AWS AI/ML services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and architecting scalable, secure, enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions using AWS services, particularly Amazon Bedrock and AWS AgentCore.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build autonomous, multi-step agentic workflows integrating enterprise data, APIs, and business systems.
- Architect distributed multi-agent systems using AWS AgentCore for runtime isolation, long-running workloads, memory, and context management.
- Implement and deploy agentic AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and SageMaker.
- Transition agentic systems from local development environments to production-scale deployments using AgentCore Runtime and managed AWS services.
- Expose APIs, Lambda functions, and enterprise systems as agent-ready tools using AgentCore Gateway and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Design secure authentication, authorization, access controls, and role-based security boundaries for AI applications.
- Implement observability, telemetry, tracing, and continuous evaluation for agentic AI systems.
- Architect solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex.
- Collaborate with engineering, cloud, security, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in designing and developing distributed applications.
- At least 3 years of strong experience in Generative AI and multi-agent system design.
- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS Bedrock, AWS AgentCore, and SageMaker.
- Experience with AgentCore Runtime and production deployment of agentic systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript.
- Experience with CrewAI, LangGraph, and/or LlamaIndex.
- Strong understanding of RAG architecture, LLM integration, and knowledge-based AI solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and services.
- Understanding of AWS IAM, secure networking, encryption, authentication, and API management.
- Experience with MCP and agent tool integration is highly desirable.
