About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career candidates who are interested in procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations in the textile industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for quotations & follow-ups
- Ensure timely delivery of materials for production
- Maintain accurate purchase records & documentation
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
- Work closely with production, stores & accounts teams
- Handle basic negotiation and vendor communication
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Computer
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
- Any Degree
- Freshers or 0–2 years experience
Salary & Benefits
- ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month

- Monday – Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
