We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Junior CRM Executive to support customer relationship management activities across our commercial real estate business. The role will assist in managing customer interactions throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle, maintain CRM data, coordinate customer communications, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn CRM systems and customer engagement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and updating the CRM system regularly.
- Support customer engagement activities throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle.
- Coordinate customer communications through email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other digital channels.
- Follow up with customers regarding documentation, payments, handovers, and service requests.
- Assist Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Project teams in ensuring timely customer communication.
- Support customer retention and referral initiatives.
- Prepare routine CRM reports, dashboards, and customer activity updates.
- Monitor customer inquiries and ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues.
- Maintain data quality by verifying customer information and updating records.
- Coordinate customer events, meetings, feedback surveys, and engagement programs.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide prompt support while maintaining high service standards.
- Support the CRM team in implementing customer engagement campaigns and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sales coordination, customer support, or related roles.
- Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, banking, or customer-facing industries is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer lifecycle management.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
