Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Officer to manage end-to-end tendering activities for government and private sector projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of tenders.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Management
Search and identify relevant tenders from Government and Private portals.
Monitor GEM, CPP Portal, State Tender Portals, Railways, Airports, Municipal Corporations, CPWD, PWD, MES, PSUs, and Private EPC Companies.
Review tender documents and evaluate eligibility criteria.
Maintain a pipeline of upcoming tender opportunities.
Documentation
Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Accounts teams to collect required information.
Arrange statutory documents, certificates, declarations, and compliance documents.
Maintain organized records of all tender-related documentation.
Bid Submission
Prepare BOQs and tender compliance documents.
Submit online and offline tenders within specified deadlines.
Ensure complete compliance with tender terms and conditions.
Verify documentation accuracy before submission.
Coordination
Communicate with clients regarding tender-related queries and clarifications.
Coordinate EMDs, Bank Guarantees, Performance Bank Guarantees, and other statutory requirements.
Support post-award documentation and contract formalities.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare Daily Tender Status Reports.
Generate Monthly Tender Performance Reports.
Analyze Bid Success Ratio and tender outcomes.
Maintain an updated Tender Database and tracker.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of relevant tenders identified.
Number of tenders successfully submitted.
Tender submission accuracy.
Bid success ratio.
On-time tender submission.
Documentation compliance.
Business generated through tender orders.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
