Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive category and store-wide revenue by ensuring sales targets, upselling, and cross-selling goals are met.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule floor sales staff and promoters to maintain high energy and productivity.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels on the sales floor, coordinate with warehouse and replenishment teams to prevent out-of-stocks, and track fast-moving products.
- Customer Satisfaction: Handle escalated customer complaints, maintain excellent service standards, and oversee point-of-sale (POS) or billing operations.
- Merchandising & Promotions: Ensure planograms, attractive product displays, and promotional campaigns are executed effectively.
Ideal Requirements
- Education & Experience: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a hypermarket, supermarket, or large-scale retail setup.
- Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, proficiency in POS/inventory software, and a strong commercial mindset
