Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer with 2–4 years of experience to produce visually compelling motion graphics for digital platforms, advertisements, social media, and promotional content. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of storytelling, design, and animation principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and animate graphics for videos, ads, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to conceptualize visuals.
- Transform ideas, scripts, or concepts into engaging motion graphics.
- Ensure design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Edit, composite, and refine video content using professional software.
- Stay updated with design trends, animation techniques, and emerging tools.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of professional experience in motion graphics design.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and visual design.
- Experience in 2D and 3D motion graphics, compositing, and visual effects.
- Basic knowledge of video formats, codecs, and optimization for digital platforms.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to handle feedback.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with VFX, 3D modeling, or character animation.
- Knowledge of HTML5 animation or Lottie files for web/mobile.
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse motion graphics projects.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
