Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce construction, contracting, or interior design services.
- Project Explanations: Clearly communicate project specifications, amenities, pricing, and architectural details to potential buyers.
- Follow-Ups: Nurture leads through regular follow-up calls, converting prospective interest into confirmed site visits or consultations.
- Lead Routing: Transfer qualified leads and high-potential opportunities directly to the construction sales or engineering teams.
- Database Management: Update and maintain client records, interaction notes, and lead statuses using the company's CRM system.
- Inbound Support: Address incoming inquiries regarding ongoing construction projects or service requests.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–3 years of prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service .
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (bilingual proficiency is often required based on the local client base).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with CRM software, and the ability to articulate technical construction details.
- Soft Skills: Persuasive negotiation, patience, and the ability to handle client queries or grievances professionally
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
