Key Responsibilities:
- Event Conceptualization: Develop unique and engaging event concepts based on client briefs, market trends, and brand requirements.
- Visual Presentation Design: Create compelling visual presentations and pitch decks using tools like PowerPoint and Canva to effectively communicate event ideas to clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their specific needs.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals and storyboards that align with client objectives, ensuring clear and captivating visual communication.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including production, operations, and creative, to bring concepts to life.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in the events industry to ensure innovative and contemporary event solutions.
- Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback from clients after events to refine future projects and maintain high client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event conceptualization and client servicing, preferably in the MICE industry.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and other visual presentation tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A creative thinker with a flair for visual storytelling and an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
