BeyondSkool is looking for passionate and enthusiastic STEM Trainers who can deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences in Robotics and Programming Languages for school students. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy teaching through practical applications and making technology concepts simple, fun, and interactive.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging STEM sessions focused on Robotics, Coding, and Programming fundamentals
- Teach students through activity-based and project-based learning methods
- Guide students in building basic robotics models and coding projects
- Encourage logical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity among learners
- Manage classroom engagement and ensure smooth session delivery
- Adapt teaching methods based on student understanding and learning pace
- Maintain discipline and ensure an interactive and positive learning environment
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Robotics, Coding, and Programming Languages (Scratch, Python, or similar preferred)
- Prior teaching, training, or workshop facilitation experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for school students
- Strong enthusiasm for experiential and activity-based learning
- Comfortable working with children across different age groups
Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹1,800.00 per day
