About the Role
Dr. Veda Private Limited is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social & Creator Strategy Lead to scale the brand’s presence across social media, creator ecosystem, and ecommerce platforms.
The role will focus on:
- Organic Social Growth
- Creator & Influencer Strategy
- Marketplace Content
- Performance Marketing Alignment
The ideal candidate should understand how content and creators drive growth for a D2C beauty & wellness brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage growth and engagement across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social platforms
- Build and execute platform-wise content and growth strategies
- Lead content direction for Reels, Shorts, launches, and trend-based content
- Collaborate with influencer, brand, ecommerce, and performance teams
- Analyze platform performance and optimize content strategies
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Drive creator collaborations and social-first storytelling
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in social media/content strategy
- Prior experience in D2C / beauty / wellness brands preferred
- Strong understanding of social trends, creators, and performance-driven content
- Creative thinker with analytical and communication skills
- Proven experience growing an account from 0 → meaningful scale (show us numbers + work)
- Strong aesthetic sense — you can instantly tell what looks premium vs average (and fix it)
- Ability to conceptualise and execute shoots, launch videos, and visual storytelling
- Hands-on with shooting and editing (CapCut / Premiere tools)
- Comfortable being on camera when needed
- Deep understanding of Instagram & YouTube content behaviour
- You think in hooks, formats, and storytelling — not just posts
- High ownership — you don’t wait for briefs, you create them
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
