Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Contractual (1 Year) Contract Renewal: Subject to performance and business requirements, the contract may be renewed annually.
- ### Execute IBMS projects from initiation through commissioning and project closure.
- ### Coordinate installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of IBMS systems.
- ### Manage project schedules, site activities, and resource planning to ensure timely project completion.
- ### Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- ### Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as required.
- ### Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- ### Review engineering drawings, control schematics, and technical documentation.
- ### Prepare project reports, progress updates, commissioning reports, and handover documents.
- ### Support integration of systems including HVAC, Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Lighting Control, Energy Management Systems, and Building Automation Systems.
- ### Attend client meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- ### Ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
- ### Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- ### Strong understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS).
