Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller to join our Real Estate Sales team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling prospective clients, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and site visits.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 0–3 years of telecalling, telesales, or real estate experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
