About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager with around 2 years of hands-on experience to own our clients' social media presence end to end, from monthly planning to daily execution. You'll work closely with our strategy and design teams, coordinate with external vendors, and be on the ground during shoots to create content that performs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media handles for assigned clients across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Collaborate with the strategy team to build monthly content calendars aligned with each client's brand and goals
- Coordinate with the in-house design team to get creatives briefed, reviewed, and delivered on schedule
- Liaise with external vendors like video editors, photographers, and production partners; to keep deliverables on track
- Assist with and participate in client shoots; capture and create day-to-day content (reels, stories, BTS, on-ground content)
- Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/DMs as needed
- Track basic performance metrics and share learnings with the team to improve content month over month
What We're Looking For
- ~2 years of experience managing social media for brands (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of Instagram-first content - reels, trends, formats, and what drives engagement
- Comfortable being hands-on at shoots and creating quick-turnaround content on the go
- Good coordination and communication skills, you'll be the link between clients, designers, and vendors
- Working knowledge of scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, or similar)
- Basic editing skills (CapCut / Canva / InShot or similar) are a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
