Job Description :
Key Resposibilities :
Research and identify potential leads from various online sources.
Find accurate contact details of business owners and decision-makers.
Use LinkedIn and other tools for lead generation and prospecting.
Build and maintain a structured lead database.
Verify and validate lead information for accuracy.
Segment and categorize leads based on target criteria.
Support the sales team with qualified and ready-to-contact leads.
Track daily/weekly lead generation activities and performance.
Assist in outreach preparation (email lists, contact data, etc.).
Understand target industries and customer profiles.
Continuously update and enrich lead data.
Collaborate with internal teams for campaign requirements.
Follow best practices in data handling and lead management
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development
Basic understanding of lead generation concepts
Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research tools
Good internet browsing and data collection skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good organizational and time management skills
Willingness to build a career in B2B / SaaS sales
