About the Role
We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience in growing and managing social media pages. This role is for people who genuinely understand page growth, audience engagement, content distribution, and organic reach.
We strongly prefer candidates who have personally worked on pages even smaller meme/theme/content pages because practical execution matters more than theoretical knowledge.
You will help manage and scale a large-scale content distribution and virality system.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for organic page growth across platforms
- Manage content distribution across multiple pages and creators
- Coordinate with editors, meme teams, and content managers
- Identify viral content formats and growth opportunities
- Improve engagement, shares, saves, and reach performance
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, algorithms, and internet culture
- Help lead and coordinate the page-growth execution team
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of page growth and content distribution
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Reels, and short-form content ecosystems
- Understanding of audience psychology and organic reach
- Fast execution and trend awareness
- Good communication and coordination skills
Experience Required
Candidates who have:
- Grown their own pages
- Managed meme/theme/content pages
- Worked on engagement-focused accounts
- Built organic growth systems
- 1–2 years experience preferred
- Smaller page admins/managers are welcome
- Candidates should be able to show past page work or growth examples
